How to order ?
First register, than place an order, and finally pay your order using PayPal. Your order will be confirmed only after we receive PayPal confirmation.

I do not have a PayPal account, what can I do ?
Opening a PayPal account is free, nevertheless you don't need a PayPal account. You just enter your credit card information in the PayPal interface

How long will it take before delivery ?
The orders are shipped in 10 business days maximum. You will receive an email notification as soon as the order is shipped.

I haven't seen VAT on my invoice why ?
The VAT is added in your invoice only for Switzerland deliveries. For other countries, you will have to pay for your local VAT to the shipping company.

What about the warranty ?
All the products are delivered with an international warranty. Thus in case of any problem you can contact the brand in your country. On request, we can also take care of that.
