General Sales Conditions
Article 1 : Application Fields and Modifications of the General Sales Conditions
The General Sales Conditions apply to all orders placed on www.hobby-target.com. Snake Internet Business Services SA can adapt or modify it at any time. In the event of modification, the General Sales Conditions in force the day of the order will be applied.
Article 2 : Availability of the products
Our offers are available within the limit of stocks. Upon reception of your order, we will check the availability of the products and you will be informed by email about order confirmation and delivery date.
Article 3 : Validation of the orders and electronic signature

To place order, the consumer must be 16 years old completed at least. It should be noted that Snake Internet Business Services SA reserves the right to accept or to refuse the order.

Purchase order signed by the consumer by " clic" constitute an irrevocable acceptance which can't be cancelled except in the limits described under the present general terms of sale. This order is thus firm and is not terminable. It thus constitutes a sale contract between Snake Internet Business Services and the consumer.

The electronic signature is accepted between the parties as a handwritten signature.

Article 4 : Prices
Snake Internet Business Services SA reserves the right to modify prices at any moment, but will apply the price displayed at the time yout order was placed. The price invoiced to you is the price indicated on the order confirmation plus the shipping costs and the taxes corresponding to the country you live in.
Article 5 : Secured Paiment

You can pay your order via Paypal.

This implies that no confidential banking information goes through the Hobby-target website.com. The credit card payment is thus perfectly secure. Your order will be recorded and validated as soon as your Paypal payment has been accepted. Your order will be validated and your credit card charged at the time your order is recorded in an automatic manner. You must imperatively fill in the inscription form before you can place any order.

Your credit card information is encrypted via the SSL (Secur Socket Layer) protocol, and nothing is transmitted unencrypted over the network. The payment is directly made to Paypal. Snake Internet Business Services SA has at no time any access to this confidential information and do not keep any track of it. That is why you have to enter it each time you place an order on our website.

Article 6 : Shipping method and lead time

The products are delivered to theshipping address indicated at the time of the order. In the case of an error made in the shipping address, Snake Internet Business Services SA could at no time be held as responsible for the impossibility it could face in delivering the products.

The shipping costs are always clearly indicated at the time of the order. The delivery is made to your domicile via the Swiss post or another of our shipping agents. Any article in stock is shipped within the next ten days. The overall lead time is calculated and displayed in business days. The indicated lead time is an average lead time, corresponding to the order process, packing and shipping.

Shipping and delivery :

You have to verify the conformity of the shipping at the time of delivery, before signing the packing slip of the shipping agent

Any reserve concerning any abnormality has to be indicated on the packing slip It has to be handwritten. The verification is considered as done as soon as the buyer, or any authorized person, has signed the packing slip.

Any observed abnormality has to be signaled via email or mail within 3 business days after reception of the products. The reserves made at the time of products reception have to be confirmed to the shipping agent, and a copy of the confirmation has to be sent to:

If you want to return a product you have bought because of a defect or non-conformity, you must imperatively make a request to our RMA service within 3 business days.

Any request for a product return made after this time period will not be accepted. The returned product will only be accepted if it is in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging and user manual.

If at the time of delivery the parcel is either open, in bad condition or damaged, you then have to verify the condition of the products. If they have been damaged, you must imperatively refuse the parcel and signify a reserve the the shipping agent (parcel refused because of open/damaged parcel).

 

Article 7 : Responsabilities.

Our partners can not be held as responsible by the the customers of products sold by Snake Internet Business Services SA. The only exception is the manufacturer of the products sold in case of defects or non-conformity. Snake Internet Business Services SA can not be held as responsible for non-execution of the contract concluded at the time of the order or in case of acts of God, such as floods or fires. Our partners can not be held as responsible by the clients for the products sold by Snake Internet Business Services SA, only the manufacturer of the products in case of defects or non conformity. Internet Business Services SA can not be held as responsible for the non execution of the contract concluded or in case of facts of God such as fires or floods. Concerning products bought to satisfy professional needs, Snake Internet Business Services SA will not be liable for any indirect damages such as loss of exploitation, loss of profit, loss of data, damages or other costs that could arise.

The choice and purchase of a product or a service are placed under the sole responsibility of the client. The total or partial impossibility of using a product, for example because of incompatibility of the hardware does not give the right to a compensation, refund or questioning of Snake Internet Business Services SA responsibility, if no hidden vice, non conformity or defect is present. In case of hidden vice, you have the choice between the exchange of the defective product by a new one in the limit of available stocks, cancel the order or keep the defective product against a possible price discount. In case of non-delivery you have a maximum of one month (starting when products leave our warehouse) to inform us. After that one month period, we will not accept any claim.

Article 8 : Product return process

In case the product is defective, a request has to be made to our Customer Department before sending the product back. No shipment will be accepted unless it is in its original packaging and it has a RMA number on it.

You have a three days period:

· In case of a defective packaging, starting at parcel delivery, to inform our Customer Department of your will to return the product in its original packaging and in good condition.

· To inform us of a defect or non conformity of your product

· After the customer inform us and we have verified the hidden vice

As soon as you get the RMA confirmation, you have seven days to send us the product back. After this period, your shipment will be refused. The return of the product has to be done with a shipment allowing tracking information, through standard mail. We decline any responsibility in case the shipment is not delivered to us. After we have received and accepted your shipment, we will proceed to the refund of the costs of shipping involved by the shipment back of the product by mail in a 30 days period. The refund amount will be calculated with the official Swiss Post shipping costs. Concerning the returned product, it will either be refunded or exchanged, according to your request and the available stocks. If a refund is requested, it will be effective in the month following the reception of the returned product.

Article 9 : Warranties, insurances and After Sales Services

When a product is covered by a manufacturer warranty, which is indicated on the website at the time of the sale. The manufacturer warranty is usually of one year, including part and repair costs. However, depending on the manufacturer brand, only the product will be covered.

In case of malfunction during the initial warranty period, repair will be done free of charge by national centres, or technical agencies chosen by the manufacturer. However, the manufacturer warranty is usually of one year for pieces, the repair costs and shipping costs remaining at your charge.

To beneficiate of the product warranty, you must imperatively keep the invoice received at the time you bought the product. We remind you that you also beneficiate from the legal warranty of hidden vice in application.

Our warranties will not cover following cases :

· Failures resulting of a modification of the original construction or features of the product

· Failures affecting parts that do not correspond to those recommended by the manufacturer

· The content of the products. By content of the product, we do not mean the product’s components but the products that could be stored in it such as in a fridge or freezer.

· The settings available to the customer without dismantling the product.

· The setup and tuning costs, the costs of cleaning and the tries non consecutive of a warranted damage

· The non respect of manufacturer instructions and professional or commercial uses

· The repairs and damages the product has endured after a repair done by any other person than one of the manufacturer approved repair service.

· The provisory repairs and the consequences of the eventual worsening of the resulting damage

· The damages caused by corrosion, bad connection or power supply problem.

· The damages caused by a power supply problem. By power supply problem, we do not mean an internal power supply problem but an external one. For example if the product is plugged into a defective plug, the warranty will not apply.

Article 10 : Buyer duties

The buyer agrees to use the product he has bought according to the manufacturer instructions and ensure the necessary maintenance recommended by the manufacturer in order to ensure a correct functioning. The buyer must keep the invoice, the original packaging as well as all user manuals and accessories concerning the product.
